Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all software products sold by Mantrika Sound ("we", "us", or "our"), including Mantrika Tools and MTK Offline Render (the "Products"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Digital products are generally non-refundable
Our Products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the full product is made available to you as soon as your order is complete, all sales are final and, as a general rule, non-refundable.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review the product description, documentation, and any available free version or trial to confirm the Product meets your needs.
When we will issue a refund
Despite the general rule above, we want you to have a working product. We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- The Product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you have contacted us for support.
- You were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or an accidental purchase that has not been used.
- A refund is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you (see below).
Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. Where the law grants you a right to cancel or to a refund (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for consumers), that right applies. Note that for digital content delivered immediately, this right of withdrawal may not apply once you have begun the download with your consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.
How refunds are processed (Paddle)
Our payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Refunds are therefore processed through Paddle.
To request a refund, please email us first at mantrikasound@gmail.com with your order number (shown on the receipt Paddle emailed you) and a description of the problem, so we can try to help. You may also contact Paddle directly via the buyer support link on your receipt. Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within the timeframe set by your bank or card issuer.
Subscriptions
If a Product is offered on a subscription basis, you may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless one of the circumstances above applies.
