Terms of Service ​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website mantrikasound.com (the "Site") and the software products offered by Mantrika Sound ("we", "us", or "our"), including Mantrika Tools and MTK Offline Render (the "Products").

By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

1. The Products ​

Our Products are software tools and extensions that run inside or alongside the REAPER digital audio workstation. They are delivered electronically as digital downloads. The Products are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cockos Incorporated (the makers of REAPER).

2. Orders and payment ​

All orders and payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle, not Mantrika Sound, is the seller of record for your transaction and is responsible for billing and the collection of applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Any change will not affect orders already completed.

3. License ​

Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Product you purchased for your own audio production work.

Unless your order states otherwise, a purchase is a one-time purchase that grants a perpetual license to the version you bought, together with updates we choose to make available to existing customers. If a Product is instead offered on a subscription basis, the applicable billing term and renewal conditions will be clearly stated at checkout.

You may ​

  • Install and use the Product on machines that you own or control for your own work.

You may not ​

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Product or your license key;
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or license notices; or
  • Use the Product for any unlawful purpose.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the Products. This license does not transfer ownership to you.

4. Refunds ​

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Updates and support ​

We may release updates, improvements, or bug fixes from time to time, but we are not obligated to provide any specific update, feature, or ongoing support. We may discontinue a Product, though we will make reasonable efforts to support existing customers.

6. Disclaimer of warranties ​

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or every version of REAPER or your operating system.

You are responsible for backing up your projects and data before using the Products.

7. Limitation of liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mantrika Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, projects, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Termination ​

This license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms ​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
